2011 Monthly Meetings:
General Meetings: Second Monday of the Month 6:30 - 7PM prior to the program
Beginning in July 2011, the monthly general membership meeting will be held from 6:30pm to 7:30pm following the Executive Committee meeting on the same evening and location as the Program. We need a quorum of a minimum of 6 active members to conduct business.
Executive Committee Meetings: Second Monday of the Month 6:00pm - 6:30pm prior to the General Meeting & Program.

Mission Statement:
The mission of this corporation shall be to bring together those people interested in the history of the Newport, New Hampshire and Sullivan County, New Hampshire. This mission includes collecting, preserving and displaying objects of historical significance, providing educational programs, supporting historical research and fostering public interest in and support of the Society and the Newport Historical Society Museum.
